In the event that you find yourself dissatisfied with the products, we extend the offer of a complete reimbursement or exchange within a 14-day window subsequent to your receipt of the products, on the condition that the products remain unused and undamaged. The expense of return shipping will be your responsibility.

For a return to be considered, the item must maintain an unaltered state matching the condition in which it was received. It should be unworn or unused, accompanied by all relevant tags, and contained within its original packaging. Additionally, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Upon acceptance of your return, we shall furnish you with a return shipping label and furnish you with comprehensive instructions regarding the manner and destination for sending your package. Please note that we cannot accept items returned to us without a prior return request.

Damages and issues

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Regrettably, there are certain items that fall under the category of non-returnable. These include custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) as well as pet grooming products (such as pet shampoo or pet conditioner or opened pet food).

Additionally, returns cannot be accommodated for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Should you have any inquiries or uncertainties regarding the specific item, please do not hesitate and feel free to contact us.

Please kindly note that sale items and gift cards are also ineligible for returns, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Exchanges

By taking this approach, you can swiftly secure the item you desire.

 

Refunds

Upon receipt and examination of your return, we will promptly notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be automatically processed through your original payment method within a span of 10 business days. Kindly note that the timeframe for your bank or credit card company to finalize and reflect the refund may vary.
